Driving in from Toluca Lake

From Toluca Lake you are really just around the corner. Cahuenga Boulevard north is the simplest way: turn left on Burbank Boulevard, go a few blocks west, and we are on the right at 10909, across the street from The Group Rep theatre. Vineland Avenue north also works; turn right at Burbank and we are one block east, on the left. Once you pull in, you stay right in your seat. No appointment, no waiting room, about 10 minutes, and $60 out the door with the certificate included. Apple Pay and Google Pay are welcome, with no credit card fees.

Which cars can you test?

Any 2000 to 2026 gasoline or hybrid light duty vehicle up to 7 feet tall. Joe's runs Star, Regular, Change of Ownership, Hybrid, and Out of State tests, and does not test diesel.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointments, ever. Drive in during open hours (Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, closed Sunday) and stay in your car.
